Princeton confirms the end of the construction of a place

Princeton has announced the completion of its $98 million “One Place” Villawood residential project, designed by Tony Owen Partners.

Located at 1 Villawood Place in the heart of Sydney’s western suburbs, One Place comprises 161 residential apartments and a ground floor retail complex. Given the strong connectivity and affordability, Villawood has undergone something of an urban transformation and has since become a highly desirable housing market.

The facade of the building is multi-faceted in terms of materials and colors, with interiors characterized by stone benches and stainless steel. The compound was originally approved for 119 apartments at the time of settlement, but ABA Group sought to add another 42 and later gained approval.

Princeton founder George Gadallah said the project was designed to meet demand from Villawood’s booming real estate market.

“We are delighted to have helped revitalize and transform Villawood, which is becoming one of Sydney’s most vibrant and desirable suburbs in Western Sydney,” he said. .

“One Place is the crown jewel of a new wave of sleek, modern apartments, including the previously Princeton-funded ‘888 Project’ in 2020, which has helped reinvigorate interest and rejuvenate the neighborhood.”

One Place received a full certificate of occupancy in April 2022 showing physical completion of all construction work, with settlement of pre-sold apartments pending.
