Applications are invited for nomination as Lecturer in the Landscape Architecture Division of the Department of Architecture (Ref. 512206), to start as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of renewal.

Applicants should hold a professional degree in landscape architecture or a closely related field from a leading university. Candidates with a professional membership in a recognized professional institute and who maintain an active engagement in the professional community are preferred.

Candidates must have at least five years of full-time higher education experience or equivalent professional experience. Preference will be given to those who have demonstrated innovative interdisciplinary teaching skills and expertise in design, representation, fabrication and curation. The Division is keen to nominate a candidate who can reinforce the Division’s focus on urban and infrastructure landscapes.

A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointment will result in an end-of-contract gratuity and a contribution from the University to a pension scheme, totaling up to 15% of base salary.
