Landscape Architecture Project Manager – Norfolk, VA, US | Works

VIA design has a long history of making a lasting impact in our own community; demonstrated by the breadth and depth of our commitments in our region and by the work we do in our own backyard; there is nothing more rewarding than designing attractive outdoor spaces and venues that respond to and enhance our fragile yet remarkably resilient coastal context.

We are looking for a Landscape Architecture Project Manager to advance this focus and firm expertise. Our architectural and landscape projects are associated with client partners ranging from local municipalities, parks and open space authorities, university campuses, supportive housing developers and a wide variety of non-profit organizations. non-profit. Our work brings people into the landscape and supports community development and enrichment efforts with strategies such as urban food production, habitat preservation and enhancement, planned wetland migration, enhancement of the microclimate, public art and the creation of places. This is how we practice.

VIA’s history and expertise in planning and designing public open spaces is changing our design practice and trends to advance the way we think about our relationship with the people and places for which we design, our responsibility to the environment and to elevate what good design can do for a community, organization or individual.
